I sprang from my bed at 4.30 to be an assistant GMTV weather girl for the morning.

(Though really, how can it be possible that such a demeaning phrase is still in common use?) As well as the weather we managed to cover Henry VIII, Shakespeare, Katherine Howard, James I and Katherine of Braganza’s fertility problems.
