Nicknames for the Four Georges – my favourite of your answers

You had some nice ideas! I think my favourites are:

1 – ‘Loveless’, 2 – ‘Lucky’, 3 – ‘Loopy’, 4 – ‘Licentious’

Or maybe:

1- ‘German’, 2 – ‘Grumpy’, 3 – ‘Ga-Ga’, 4 – ‘Gargantuan’

‘Ga Ga’ and ‘Gargantuan’ came up more than once, so there’s def. something there.  I also quite like:

1 – ‘The Unlikely’ 2 – ‘The Unpeaceable’ 3 – ‘The Unbalanced’ 4 – ‘The Unfit’

Other suggestions included:

1- ‘German George’, 2 -‘Not quite so German George’, 3- ‘Quite English George’, 4- ‘They wish he was German again George’

1 -‘Hanoverian George’, 2 – ‘Jacobite-crusher George’, 3 – ‘English George’, 4 – ‘Regent George’

1-‘George who?, 2 -‘George reprised’, 3 – ‘George Triplicate’ 4 -‘Gorging George’

1 – ‘German George’, 2 – ‘General George II’, 3 – ‘Ga Ga George III’, 4 – ‘Gargantuan George IV’

1 – ‘Proper German George’, 2 – ‘Died on the bog George’, 3 – ‘Barmy George’, 4 – ‘Orrible to his wife George’

1 – ‘Winkin’, 2 – ‘Blinkin’, 3 – ‘Nod’ and 4 – ‘Fat’ (BTW I’m not sure I get this one)

And, finally, a mnemomic (sp?):

‘Handover Jacob’s tea collection’ as an aid memoire to Hannoverian, Jacobite rebellion, America (Boston tea party) and the art in the Royal Collection.
